Owned It A Long Time. Zero Regrets! — I have owned this car for years. It now has 207,000 miles on it and it is running on the original engine, transmission, fuel pump, starter and alternator. It may have been a cheap car, but I do not know of any cars of any price that hold up as well as these do.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Drives great.  Stops great. Comfortable with lots of leg room.

Cons: It could use some insulation in the floor and body panels to help with road noise.

Probably The Most Reliable And Cheapest To Operate Car — I absolutely love this car. It is the type of car that grows on you when you own it. You begin to appreciate the simplicity of everything and how ell it works. Cost of owning and operating this car is negligible.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great gas mileage - 39 mpg

Cons: not aerodynamic at high speeds

Awsome — i love the festiva, its an amazing car, i am currently building it up to be a show car. it cost me 300$ and its worth 50$ lol its an amazing car to drive, very touchy steering, although no powersteering, im super satisfied, once i put the 1.8L turbo engine in it, its going to be the car to look for! its going to kill mustangs and corvettes at the quarter mile!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: different! original and no one else has one!

Cons: avoid this car cuz i want to be the only one to have a modded one!

One Of The Best Beaters On The Road. Just Make Sure It Has Tinted Windows. — This is another car I bought for the beautiful Michigan winters. It reminds me of the 2 Toyota trucks I owned. Ugly, slow, but completely reliable. I couldnt break this vehicle when I tried. The Ford Festiva was the Ford Fiesta replacement, and the car was pretty much all built by KIA. The Ford Aspire is the lucky Festiva replacement.

Pros: Reliable, very cheap, easy to work on

Cons: Butt ass ugly, gotta love those 12 inch rims

Viva La Festiva — Cheap and rugged. The perfect people's car, from Korea with love. Will do 80 MPH all day and get 40 MPG doing it. Fun to drive. Will make you the talk of the neighborhood. Makes a Prius look ridiculously overcomplicated, get's the same mileage and performance for less money, with fewer components.

Pros: Economy, Simplicity, Poor Mans Mini Cooper S

Cons: NVH, Ride Quality, Safety

Ford Festiva L 1989 1.3l 2bbl 4cyl. — First off what i like... I like how much of a distance I am able to drive before a fillup. I like that it is a very simple and easy car to maintain. I love that it is smooth on the highways and can still drive like a tank on those really rough dirt roads like the one that leads to my house. What I don't like... I feel that it is too small. Too low to the ground. My signals don't work so I have to use my hands *watch for finger*! Ther is no horn. It doesn't like steep grades as i found out a while ago trying to go to the Hualapie mountains with it. Other than that... I feel like $200 bought me a pretty good running car after I rebuilt it up!

Pros: GREAT GAS SAVER!!!!

Cons: If you like clown cars... This one's for you!

Beat Up, But Reliable And Gas Efficient — Little point A to point B car and not bad as far as handling. Only problem ever was the stick shift fell through the floor of the car because there was a hole in the floor.

Pros: Gas $aver

Cons: Burned Oil something awful, made the back black
