Ive had my 88 Regal Limited 31 yrs its a wonderful auto. Good on gas, dependable, and I get complements ever where I drive . Vinyl burgundy top, universal speedometer, disc brakes front and back very rare in 1988. Apr 08, 2024

the 2.8 sucks so i put the 3.1 i it then the throttle response is great and the braking is awsome it is made great i think the interior is comfortable gas is allright it is really fun to drive..Mar 16, 2011

nothing really its a great car that lasted through out the years, it has a ton of power, the appearance is most outgoing and strong, the car is fun to drive cuz of the horse power and the sleak looks.Sep 03, 2009

I have an 1988 Buick Regal Custom that will not start. Why would it be doing this?

The engine will kick over when started but then immediately dies again.

My 1988 buick regal won't start. Was hesitating then stoped took plug wire off it started and ran for a minute then quit.

Replaced plugs& wires,fuel filter, coils are getting spark, getting fuel in tester, getting right preasure. Almost turns over but won't start. Checked fuses, relays and pump is coming on. Why won't it start? Clog in injector or fuel line? That's what I'm gonna check next
