Awesome Diesel Monster — What can't my truck do? Not much!!! Zero maintenance, good mileage, incredible power. Makes a fool of the Jeeps! Old school 4x4 with the modern touches like AC. Unlike my hubbies FJ60, I rarely have to juggle fuel cans on our off road outings!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great engine, awesome off road.  Good fuel economy for a low geared 4 x4.  Has aircon!

Cons: 3.4 L engine red lines quickly!  Wish it  had a 4 speed.

For Family Fun In The Woods, This Would Be It — Overall this vehicle is a great choice for someone who enjoys being outside. Lots of cargo space for any camping , fishing and/or hunting. Drivetrain it is easy to work on with the carb being the only difficult area, mostly due to all the vacuum system. I have had great times in mine and would recommend this vehicle to anyone. The low range is LOW pretty much not having to use any throttle to climb. With manual everything(windows, locks, trans.,hubs, dash controls, ect. it is simple enough to generally fix upon the trail.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: This vehicle is an exteremly reliable, stout unit. I have taken through a generous amount of snow with no problems. It has always started and went where it was told to. I am most impressed with the four wheel drive system. They just don't make them like that anymore.

Cons: It is rather heavy and repairs can get costly. That is if you can find the parts. The whole vacuum system.
