Economical — There is no other car in America using a rotary power plant. Fun to drive and exceptional look. There's a new development of the rotary engine on the RX8 but who knows if will be offered in 2012. so far a lovely car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the looks

Cons: the low quality of the interior materials

Great Car, Wouldn't Trade It For Anything. — Amazing car. Engine sounds amazing, like a plane taking off. Back-end whips around like ice cubes when I want it to, and keeps planted when I don't. Always getting compliments on the looks. Electronic windows, almost everything else is manual, just how I like it. Fun to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Engine sound, racing pedigree

Cons: Low on power, gas mileage.

If You Can Pick On Up In Good Condittion I Would Definatly Recommend One. — this is a beautiful car to restore although it can be pricey, the end results are quite satisfying! this car isnt your everyday driver, although it is very fun to drive i wouldnt recommend taking it out in slick weather conditions as it has alot of torque and will slide easy.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: "its an RX7"

Cons: cost of repairs can be depressing

Rx-7 — its a fun, small, agile lil car. handles pretty well and is a blast to tear up the back roads in. fits the definition of a true sports car. small, light, 2 seater designed for 1 purpose...to abuse. thats all that i ask for out of my cars

Pros: fun

Cons: terrible gas mileage

Light And Nimble! — The car is tiny, with no rear seats, but the trunk/hatch area is not too shabby. Since the car is so small, it has a really nimble feel to it. The steering could be better, but it's about what you'd expect from a Pitman-arm type setup. There's no torque, but that's the nature of a rotary engine.

Pros: Cheap!
Easy to fix!

Cons: Lack of torque.
Mileage.

Fast Fun Little Car That Looks Great — the brown interior could have been left out of the options but the exterior styling makes up for it

Pros: RWD looks great rare around here

Cons: repair costs brown interior
