Room To Expand, Lots Of Fun — good acceleration out of stack engine. nice look inside and out car has held together all these years not a lot of maintainence. some squeaks in belts but the belts are probably 20 years old so their a little loose lots of fun to drive, everyone looks lots of compliments

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: nice look low maintainence, powerful

Cons: NONE

81 Firebird Formula — 383 stroker, 650 dbl pumper, 8 miles per gallon. have been restoring for 5 years. motor is done. working on interior now. hoping to add a rear mounted turbo in a couple years. needs new rims. maybe some craigers. alot of fun

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: that it's mine

Cons: wish I had unlimited amounts of money to throw at it

1981 Pontiac Firebird — I like the way it handles I wish the braking power was better. Finding parts is always a fun task. I wish it had a bigger motor because it only has a baby 265 4.3 V8 but on the up side gas millage is pretty good

Pros: Handles good

Cons: Finding parts when needed

My Mean Green Machine — It came from the factory with a V-6 ,but was running a Chevy 305V8. It was greenand had camaro rims, and a hurst shifter. This car good power but previous owners did ghetto repairs on it which fell into my lap. the mufflers kept falling off. and the engine oil dipstick was being held on by some electrical tape. Despite all that i still managed to smoke a Mustang LX with a 5.0 in it top end. estimated at approximately 150mph. the body was flawless and i even took a 90 degree turn at 55mph kicking it sideways while still maintaining control.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Plenty of power, smoking mustangs, burning rubber. last year for that style

Cons: previous owner b.s. and mechanical problems due to neglect.

They are essentially the same car. When I purchase me, it was a basic car with no bells and whistles. No power windows, T-tops, no air conditioning. I have upgraded a lot of this on this car.
