We drove both the Hybrid as well as the 3.5L V6 version of the new Nissan Altima for this design evaluation. Of course both cars featured the same exterior and interior. The only major difference is the vastly reduced trunk space in the Hybrid version, obviously to house the batteries and electric drive train.
