My 2010 Santa Fe Does Not Always Start The First Time

MY 2010 SntaFe only has 47,000 miles on it and does not start the first time. Once it does starts the engine has a squeaky high pitch sound and tickinbg. is this a belt or starter or both? Thanks

All of the the lights work if you push the buttons on and off. Its just when opening the door no lights come on so I figure it has to do with the door button, and the change of fuse did nothing.
