2004 GMC Yukon Won’t Start

I have a 2004 GMC Yukon , I just changed the oil pan gaskets and changed the oil , but when I went to try to start it , it just won’t start

95 GMC 5.7 L Oil Pump Buzzing Sound.

Oil PSI good. No other abnormal valve train noise. Temp good, no warning lights. Making more sound than I'am accustomed to. Crate motor install. Everything is torqued to spec on motor.

ECM-I Fuse

I just changed my fuel pump on my 99gmc yukon 1500. My ECM-I fuse keeps blowing at key turn. And I still cannot get truck to start. Any ideas?
