While at the dealership we called the salesman on his cell several times, no response. We looked the car over for 15 minutes, went inside to use the restroom and left without further contact. After consideration, we decided not to buy the car.

I purchased a car and had a very good experience, staff was frank and quick to answer questions then arrange for the purchase. The salesman Scott was very professional helpful. Maybe I should have negotiated a little harder but I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

received email from them, their internet price on the 2011 Escape with almost 30K miles was several thousand dollars more expensive than other dealers, so did not buy from them
