Matrix had issues with A/C (blew hot). Took it back the next day; sat there for hours until they finally offered a loaner Scion xB Base. Nice ride but it also had issues with warning lights. BOTH vehicles supposedly went through inspection and are supposed to be ready to go off the lot! The sales people don't communicate with each other (got a call after I was already in loaner asking if I was going to come in to test drive the Matrix, and an email inviting me to come in and view their inventory!!) Luckily I was gifted a car so I ended up NOT doing business with Bell Ford; confidence level in every aspect with them is ZERO. They did not try to sell warranty (which I wouldn't have got considering the problems with the cars, wouldn't trust the service). After telling them I was not doing business with them the real personalities came out. The manager actually YELLED at me (nice customer service!), and demanded I get the rental back immediately (with pleasure). I never did get my gas card for the test drive but I did get a text from the general manager (a talking business card) thanking me for my business! Seriously! Do yourself a favor and go to Camelback VW. They are what customer service & satisfaction and professional customer service is all about!
