Agreed on a selling price that was then changed by Steve, the used car manager. Definitely not the way to gain loyal customers. Shame on you Power Group for having deceitful and unprofessional sales tactics. Buyers Beware!!!

I researched 85 vets and a fair price is from $ 5000-$6400 for a drivable, poor to excellent, a rep there said they paid more than that for it, bull, way overpriced!

I recommend this dealership to Everyone. I was intimidated by how huge and nice it was, because other dealerships were not this nice & tried to put me in what THEY wanted to sell. Power Ford are as friendly & considerate as can be. Not only do they listen to what your wants & needs are, but Barret got me in exactly what I drove up there for. I wanted a specific vehicle type & had a list of deal-breakers for it. They listened and helped me get what I wanted & with the pmt range I wanted. While waiting for my new Jeep to be detailed I listened to some of the other Salesmen with their customers, & found they all work that way. Kudos to the Mngmnt of Power Ford of Scottsdale.

They did respond via email. We were 400 miles away, and decided we were not interested enough to travel to look at the car.

I found the internet sales person to be nice and helpful. My complaint is that I scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle, drove 30 miles to get there, and the vehicle was on a lift without its tires and could not be driven. While the tires were being placed on the vehicle, someone else purchased the car. Other than that, everthing went well.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with David Grado and colleagues; very professional, respectful, did a tremendous job. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I looked at a truck from this dealer and they were very nice and professional. I did not buy at this point but I was comfortable with the on duty Manager and the sales representative I dealt with.

Felt like I got a big brush off, I was willing to fly out there to purchase auto, I sold cars for 7 yrs @15units a month, but I worked for the customer, it came back to me in referrals and repeat sales, it was a Cadillac/Mazda dealership.

I Love My Truck! The deal was quick and very painless. I picked the truck on Gurus, sent the message and got a very quick response. A very professional dealership and a salesman who was very quick to get the answers to all of my questions. I salute Nick and urge you to ask for for him on your visit to Scottsdale!

The experience was easy and simple. I flew to Phoenix from California and they picked me up at the airport in my new car.. Bethann was deliteful to talk to and I thank her for making the experience fun...
