The experience was informative and fun, but they didn't not have exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. My salesman, Kiren? was entertaining and very nice to me and my daughter. I would have bought a car from him if he had what I was looking for.

Promised Dealer installed option during the sale of the car but after several phone calls after we got the car they say part was not available for the car (funny that other Ford Dealers can get it though). Did refund the money though. They have no follow through it seems like they just try to get the sale and when they get their money they are done with you.
