  We just purchased a 2006 Impala LS for just under $11k. We weren't looking for Americas answer to BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, etc. We just wanted a solid sedan with good fuel economy. This vehicle has exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish is good. The styling, while not dramatic, is pleasant and understated. The car has more-than-adequate power, and the fuel mileage is outstanding. When price is considered I don't think this car can be beat!
Pros:
Simple design. Clean and simple interior is purposeful, and uncluttered. Interior materials appear to be built for durability over beauty (but they still look pretty good!)
Cons:
The steering column shifter obscures a small part of the center control stack when the car is in gear. The cloth upholstry is cheap looking.

smooth ride, comfortable, ample torque on take off. so so gas mileage but considering it has a 3.9 litre engine I guess it's not bad. No major issues yet.Best feature automatic headlights and remote start that also turns the air or heater on depending on the outside temperature.
Pros:
smooth ,roomy , decent acceleration
Cons:
resale value dismal, heavy front drive bias

Great car for the price. Nice power. Handeling has alot to be desired. I came from a 545 BMW to this so I was spoiled with being able to do 90 in a sharp curve. But I do love me ride. Acceleration is great but I will trade it in when they switch to rear whell drive in 2010.

This is car is great! We take it everywhere!!! It gets great gas mileage. It has nice interior. The color is great. The performance is great. The car handles great. My car is so much fun to drive. My car has 20's on it and a built grill. It handles really well around corners.

Cons:
i dont like the wood in the interior.

this is a great car its just amazing its just fast easy on gas nice inside and out its jsut an overall nice carr we have had it for 2 years and we got over 100 000 miles on it now so its been aood car and would tell anyone to buy one

My car is an Chevy Impala SS 2006. It has 303 hores power 503 leater V8. It is a little spunky if you dont pay attension you will be doing 80 in a hurie. This car is a blast to drive. My family has owned this car for 2 years. Although it doesnt get great gas milage its a fun car. We also have an new 07 motocycle bought last year

Great as a family sedan or just to haul friends around (back seat is HUGE) Great acceleration, great brakes, handles well. Great stereo, even in the LS
