I'm 6'2" and 290 pounds. Getting in and out of most subcompacts is a torture for me. Not so with the Fit. I can easily enter and exit this little car....

Honda Fit History

Honda's latest model, the 2007 Honda Fit, is a front-wheel-drive, five-door, wallet-friendly little car that apparently has loads of room. Boasting an engine that produces 109 hp at 5,800 rpm, it comes with a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission. Each trim comes with front and side airbags and ABS.

According to Honda dealers, the Fit is currently selling very well, so much so that you may have a hard time locating one at your nearest dealership. Part of the reason for its success is that, as mentioned above, the Fit includes standard safety features that compare favorably with competing cars.

The Fit also comes in several bright and fun colors, including a blazing orange and a bright red.
