Pros

Room, peppy engine, easy to park where other cars will not fit ( no pun intended).

Cons

None unless you drive in a lot of snow: then you  need to put on snow tires.

The Mighty Fit — I bough it as a back-up for my wife to take to work in NEW Jersey. It saved us a lot on gas compared to my Dodge Durango and Crossfire SRT6. Now its my go-to car whenever i make in-state trips. When I come back to the Bronx I almost never have trouble parking. This car does not take up a lot of space.I raved about it so much my brother bought TWO!

Pros

An extremely dependable, reliable car. City 32, Highway 40. Easy handling, tight turning radius. Very economical transportation. Hatchback gives great cargo area. Very safe.

Cons

This is not a fast, powerful car. Feels like needs a sixth gear. Lot of road noise.

Fit For Fun. — Love to drive this car! 5 speed manual transmission is very tight. I'm 6'5'' and I can still fit very comfortably in this Honda Fit. Has 60/40 rear seat, which, with hatchback, gives a wide assortment of cargo carrying options.

A little hard to work inside the hood(I have big hands)

Fast, Effiecient, Compact Car! — Love Hatchbacks first of all. My friends don't like the style, but they obviously don't have any(laughs). It's a small, compact car that can take me anywhere, without blowing all my money on gas. Great for taking my siblings out- there's enough leg room for everyone(though I might add that only one sibling that is 6'3"- he sits in the front for leg room!). Has amazing cargo space for when I take my trips, and of course the back seats fold down just in case I need more space! Great car overall- my baby is going over 200,000 Miles, and she's still been good to me. Not a lot of bad things I can say about this car. I have the base model, so I wish they included the AUX port for it, and maybe cruise control(laughs) but okay okay the only issue I've really had with it is that it's hard to work inside the hood(it is compact after all), but then again my hands are a little swollen and big.

Best 2007 Subcompact — -I've been driving the Fit for a year now, and what a great car! Tons of cargo room with the folding rear seats, I fit 3 people, 3 hockey bags and everyone's sticks in no problem. Roomy interior for a subcompact. -The car handles really well with wider aftermarket rims, and aftermarket parts (headers, intakes, etc) are super cheap to buy. I installed Progress lowering springs and they improved handling and looks a lot. If you unbolt the muffler and just put a straight pipe on it sounds really good, not too loud or raspy because of the factory resonator. With the manual tranny it's actually a lot of fun to drive. Being that the car is light acceleration is actually quite good, and if you have a long enough road you can peg the speedometer at 220km/h. Keep in mind though that it isn't a speed demon! -Ride quality is firm, you definitely feel the bumps in the road. -Build quality is typical Honda, nothing has ever broken and maintenance cost is low. Safety is also great with 6 airbags standard. -Gas mileage is good but not great, keep it out of VTEC (below 4000 RPM) for best mileage. Gas tank is pretty small so you have to fill up frequently. -My only gripes are the lack of options on the base model I drive (no power locks, no AC, only 2 speakers) and the car has a tendancy to rust around the rear keyhole and where the rear quarters meet the plastic.

Overall Satisfied — It handles really well. Built well except some rattles within the interior. It is not a smooth ride....really feel bumps in the road, but still fun to drive. Looks nice and quite roomy for its size. Gas mileage is good....averaging 37 MPG

Extremely Reliable! — I've owned this car since it was new. It has never failed me. I've taken care of it, and it has taken care of me. Love the handling, ease of getting into tight spots. Low cost to maintain. Fun to drive.

Good Choice If You Want A Small Car With A Lot Of Space Inside. — good small car but has lot of space inside. The seats are not so comfortable for the long trip. Engine is small and lack of power. Good for the student and small family. Overall, it is a nice car. I would recommend this car to anyone.

Great For A First-time Car Buyer! — I love this car, and it's small size is great for someone that doesn't have to worry about a lot of cargo room, but is still great for someone that needs a lot of space. The fold-down seats are definitely a plus if you're moving a round a lot or transporting large boxes. Gas mileage on it is terrific - between 28 and 35 mpg - it's ideal for someone that still has some highway driving to do, but wants good gas mileage in the city. On the inexpensive side as well. Sport model with all upgrades was just over $17k, and it has the best safety rating of its class.

Superb steering, nice stereo, paddle shifters on automatic

Cons

I hate the carpet in it!

My Fit Rocks! — I love its go-kart like handling! It's fun and maneuverable. It sips gas (when I stay out of the v-tec) and is comfortable & has an amazing amount of room! Mine has the HFP (Honda Factory Performance Alloy Rims) and it can go through corners better than ANY other car in its class.

Best Econo Car — Excellent gas millage! I get 36 CITY! I do have the 5 speed manual and MPG goes down when it gets winter here in Illinois; closer to 32-33 city. Even though it cost less than $17K, this car's fit (no pun) and finish are on par with some $20K vehicles. The interior textures are a nice mix of microfiber and plastic. That is where some money savings are evident. Not much metal inside the Fit. The exterior styling may take some getting used to, but check out some street-racer mods out there and you can see it's sportiness shine! Very good to excellent little city commuter with enough quick handling to be somewhat go-cart-like. Topping off the tank from halfway for $17 ain't too bad either. (5 gal @ $3.40gal)
