Brakes on 2005 TC are feeling a little rough
no noise though. rotors?

I would say probably the rotors. If you feel a pulsating or slight grinding when the pedal is applied, it's rotors 9 times out of 10.

Would I feel this during turns as well? Or just when braking? This car has high performance tires on it. Never experienced these. Don't know if the similar feeling on turns is due to the brakes or something to do with the tires gripping the road.
