no power to fuel pump on a 1991 firebird

no power to fuel pump ! I put new battery in checked fuse by battery replaced fuel pump solenoid ,replaced ECM checked all fuses in fuse panel,still I get nothing at fuel pump ,what could it be?

I did move the prom over to the new one before reinstalling.as far as security systems I don`t know what to look for there.

have power to relay have power to all fuses and no power to the plug under the back seat to the pump.
