Rough idle, with white smoke and fuel out exhaust

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car has a 2.4l motor.  It idles rough; the engine shakes until moving the accelerator just a little by hand at the throttle body.  There is also an excessive amount of white smoke from the exhaust with fuel.  New parts are spark plugs, injectors, all 4.  Also sensors replaced are the throttle position, map, idle air control, fuel pressure regulator.  Still idles rough with white smoke after the parts were replaced.  Thank you so very much for allowing me to post a question here.  I do not know what to do next.  Thank you again.  One other thing I did do is spray carb cleaner into the idle air control port.  It would idle fine for about 30-60 seconds, then rough again.  Any suggestions?
