2000 Pontiac firebird (3.8) won't drive properly
The guy I bought it from bought it from another guy
who parked it for working overseas for 7 months,
when he got back he sold it to the guy I bought it
from. He tried to start it and two feul injectors
stayed open and flooded the oil with gas. Since
then I've replaced the crank shaft position sensor,
the camshaft sensor, feul injectors, all 3 coils, the
throttle body, a part to the EVAP system and the
feul pump. It starts when you either flood it or give
it a lot of gas (really depends on how the car feels)
but it keeps stalling out. I did a fulll oil change I've
also replaced the battery. Sometimes it'll start and
run for a minute but the RPM wont stay high
enough to keep running so it stalls out. Sometimes
it takes a few cranks to start. Anyone know what is
going on?
