Speedometer reading wrong

Okay I have a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI
on the way back from town my car was
doing 60 then automatically went straight to
90 and I was still at the same speed limit I
don't know why it did that and I can't read my
speed correctly now because my
speedometer saying I'm going faster then I
really am so what do I need to buy to fix this
or what could the problem be to were I can
just fix it

This will be a bad speed sensor,it is at one of the front wheel,s.it will need replacing.

It is your fuse link to your computer. Because this same thing happened to me. If you don't fix it your car will stop running
