Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2012 ford e350 xlt passenger van. Battery is good, starter is new and I am not
getting enough power to the coil on the starter relay. If I jump out the starter
relay the van will start. Does anyone know what is in the circuit prior to the
starter relay coil and what color wires I should be tracing and checking?

When I checked the voltage on the coil to the starter relay I was only getting 5 volts. Everywhere else I checked was getting 12.6 volts. I know I'm missing something but don't know what.

I found the problem. It was a loose connection on the neutral safety switch. The electrical connector wasn't on all the way. Thank you for trying to help me Jay. I appreciate it.
