No check engine light; bad computer?

Asked by Le May 23, 2018 at 11:39 PM about the 1994 Ford E-Series E-250 3 Dr STD Econoline Cargo Van

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No spark no start, fuel pump comes on. The check engine light (CEL) doesn't
come on with the key on, but my test light lights when I probe the wire (658
PK/LG) which runs between the CEL and the PCM (computer). Does this mean
the PCM is bad? Thanks.

I agree with Ryan. Check the ground connections for the ECU. Also, verify there is no water damage.
