My key won't turn to unlock my drivers side door

I used to unlock my drivers side door if I
wiggled it one way, then the other. But
now, my key won't turn at all. Does anyone
know what I can do so that my key will
unlock the door again?

shoot some lock deicer in there and work it slow , a lubricant is left behind after it evaporates .
