Why might my 98 oldsmobile, intrigue now sound like its a semi-truck as it idles? It also doesnt want to accelerate very fast.

When it idles, it sounds like its semi-truck. Also doesnt want to accelerate very fast.  just
had an oil change on it. Front 3spark plugs replaced. Water pump replaced. Fuel injector
cleaner added.

If it did't sound like that before your oil change don't drive it until you double check the oil level! My friends truck sounded like that and he seized the engine because he ran it until there was barely any or no oi in it.
