Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If I pour gas into the throttle body it will crank but it
won't crank without me doing that. I changed the
fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator on the rail
and filter and flushed out fuel lines. But it still won't
crank. But if I pour gas down in the throttle body it
will crank right up. What else could it be?

you mean it cranks but won't start , it helps to be one the same page , check for ground and power at the fuel pump disconnect , is there fuel pressure at the rail ? is the injector firing ? is there a relay ?

It has plenty of pressure on the rail but injectors won't fire.the only relay is a fuel pump relay.and it can't be bad because the fuel pump works great.a buddy of mine told me his brother had the same truck and problem and he changed the computer under the passenger seat and it fixed it.but another friend of mine told me that ain't it

you have spark , if not it could be a crank sensor if it even has one , if you can scan for codes on an older vehicle it might show a bad computer , I don't know how , U toob has many videos on a variety of vehicles
