What Does the CCRM control 1997 Thunderbird

Asked by sandiegogal Nov 30, 2015 at 11:11 PM about the 1997 Ford Thunderbird LX RWD

Question type: General

What does the CCRM relay module control in 1997 Thunderbird ? V-8
Steering and Suspension seems diifferent after replaced. Slight vibration on
steering wheel when idle. ?   Car temperature gauge goes up and down
like I never have seen before. All this in the first two miles after being
replaced because the air compressor went out no cold air however after
the second new air compressor installed still didn't work the dealer
replaced CCRM and now the car seems alot different  . . . .

The CCRM (constant control relay module) module consists of four separate relays which control several components, the PCM, as well as the fuel pump and cooling fans. Cooling fans need to operate properly for the A/C compressor to work as designed.

Hello I own a 1997 Ford Thunderbird lx and my blower inside the Cab doesn't work and I check the fuse and replace the Resistor and tested the blower motor itself and it works but it seems like I have no power on the main fuse on and under hood does a constant control module relay control any of that by any chance
