why does my anti theft light start blinking when i turn the iginition key to start the car

I would imagine that since the key has an immobilizer transmitter chip in it, the main theft detection is recognizing the key as you're about to start the car because mine does the same thing. I am not sure this is the right answer you're looking for but this is what I think it could be.
