Burning Oil

Asked by Alexander Jul 29, 2019 at 04:27 PM about the 1997 Ford Taurus LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So friend thinks my exhaust smoking
when I hit the gas and the burning a
quart of oil a week is a head gasket
issue. Does anyone have some insight
on this?

The engine sounds really good, like when fully warmed up you can barely hear it.
