1997 mustang won't turn on

Yesterday I bought a 1997 mustang and it worked fine,
but today I went to turn it on and nothing worked, not
even the lights, radio nothing in my car worked. Can
someone please help

Start by checking battery voltage, should read 12.4vcd minimum. If voltage is ok, check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they are tight
