Subaru Outback towing capacity

Can I tow a 16 ft.  aluminum boat and trailer with a total weight of 1,600 lbs. ?

Yes. Make sure the tongue weight is not too high.

I have a 14.5' aluminum Crestliner (74" wide) with a 25hp Yamaha motor, etc. I estimate that the boat/trailer as set up is 1300 lbs. My OB is a 2018 3.6R. It pulls the boat very easily, and does well when towing to mountain lakes in Northern California.
