No start , replaced feul pump and filter.

Got a 89 ramcharger cheep.
Was running a week ago. Put a
new feul filter and fuel pump
and no start now.  After some
cusing and what not.  I found a
bad relay . Now can't get relay
anywhere and there is now fuel
getting to tbi injectors. And no
spark.   Thing of tring jumper
and running hot leads to make it
run.  It turns over but won't run.

Are you talking about the asd relay? They are as common as dirt as are most other relays in that vehicle, no spark? Is there current at the pos terminal on the ign. Coil? If yes check the pick up coil in the distributor. If no check the bulkhead connectors to make sure they're tight and clean. note the asd auto shut down relay controls current for fuel and ignition systems. I hope this helps you
