2019 Jeep Cherokee with numerous issues?

Asked by KHicks95 Oct 04, 2019 at 05:24 PM about the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1. Radio keeps randomly resetting and shuts on/off the AC/heated seats, shuts off Bluetooth and randomly turns on the rear camera.
2. Power Steering went out at over 70MPH on the highway
3. Issues with feeling like it's "Stalling". Like when I press the accelerator, it doesn't accelerate.

Anyone else having similar issues? Mine is a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 7k miles that I just bought in June 2019.

There seems to be quite a few reports of issues similar to yours. I leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (V6) and have had it shut down twice so far. One warning light after another lights up and then it goes into what they call limp mode, where the transmission stays in a low gear and you have no power steering or power breaks...it seems like the vehical is dying, but I guess the intention of limp mode is to let you drive the car to safety. Although its not very safe to be in limp mode doing 10mph on a 4 lane highway...or driving up/down a mountain as were were the first time it happened. My Jeep "died" at 7,000 mi (received a new alternator) and again at 13,900 mi less than 6 months after the first issue. It spent about 3 weeks at the dealership but they couldn't find anything wrong. here are a few of the other "Questions/Answers" relating to this: https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t77881_ds1019496 Battery light on 2019 Jeep Cherokee https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t77882_ds988557? sntEmlId=3474734580#msg1027351 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude
