P0141 is an O2 code on bank 1, sensor 2, or after the cat. P0320 is an Ignition speed code or camshaft sensor detecting the issue. Maybe a wiring problem? I would attack that one first and see if the P0141 goes away with it. Look up the code online, there is a lot of information on what to look for before replacing sensors.

My car sputters smells really bad like exhaust fumes and tries to die when idling. Was told both O2 sensors need replaced but didn't have a problem until I saw a hose loose on engine and I put it back on all the way
