Rmp's are low

When i start my car the rpm's are low so
when i accelerate it statts to put same
when i stop!

Try some general maintenance things first first. Check and replace air filter if necessary, clean throttle with throttle body cleaner, add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and replace fuel filter.
