2005 Mazda Tribute, Air conditioning compressor not coming on, checked freon and fuses both were fine. still will not kick in anyone have any answers?

The compressor clutch itself may be frozen. I would recommend having this looked at. Try to find a shop that offers a cheap or even free A/c diagnosis test. Hope this helps
