2001 vs 2006 navigator music

I have a 2001 Lincoln navigator and it has a 6 cd changer in it but no navigation, i found a 2006 6cd changer with built in gps, ...........will the new one fit if i do some wire changing or adding ?

Sure. You have four fuze slots in your fuze panel that are open for extra accessories. If your good at electrical work (I am not, no patience for it!), anything is possible.
