whats this reservoir under my hood?

Question type: General

I want to know if anyone can tell me what this
is on my car, its fluid level is getting low, and
no its not power steering reservoir, thats on
the right side, circled it on pic.

One is power steering and one is for the hydraulic radiator cooling fan. They both use the same fluid.

Wow really, thanks I been wondering for months and no mechanic could answer that question, not even in the shop.
