How to make sure it is my. Number 7plug. And or coil

Replace it and see if that clears up the problem. If the coil is bad you should be getting a P0307 code.

Move the coil and the spark plug to another cylinder to see if the miss moves. P0307 could be spark plug, coil, fuel injector or wiring issue.
