Window fell all the way down motor runs,window will not come up how too repair?

It probly broke the cable, there are shops that repair the cable or you can replace the whole window regulator.

My 2017 has the same issue. I believe it is broken gears in the motor and/or regulator. Couple video on YT. I cannot find the gear piece by itself, so the cost for the whole panel is high.
