Driving down road shutters and quits.  Wait 10 min,  
starts. Actions taken:  rebuilt carb; new filter; elect
distributor and new coil; checked wires connections; new
key switch; flushed radiator new hoses; ???

Need more information HEI Distributer ??? Point round coil & points condenser ?? How much voltage do you have applied to the coil ??? Sounds like an electrical issue !! Do you have gas to the carburetor all the time
