Trunk latch broken, how can i open, or get to with trunk closed not able to open

If seats fold down look into rear or Kia. Should be a bright yellow hamdle. This is the emergancy release handle. I ise it all the time on my 03 Spectra

My 05 Kia can't fold down seats unless I access the trunk to release seat. Which stinks now cuz my trunk won't open :) Any ideas?
