How do I disconnect the horn in my 1970 C10

I bought the truck a year ago and the horn never worked.  This morning
around 3 am it decided to blow like the trumpets of the second coming and
would not stop until I disconnected the battery.  How do I completely
disconnect the horn?

If the horn is on its own fuse you could just pull the fuse and be done or disconnect the wire to the horn under the hood.
