Is it concerning that a car is still on CarGurus for over 100+ days?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a larger SUV something like the Toyota Highlander, Acura
MDX etc. I see many listings that seem to be priced rather low ("GREAT
DEAL"), yet they have not sold in more than 100 days. The CARFAX doesn't
appear to be alarming. Should that be a concern that they have not been
snatched up?
The reason I'm asking is because the dealers are rather far, so if there is
most likely something that turns away potential buyers when checking out
the vehicle in person I'd rather not waste my time.

I'd contact the dealer first, the vehicle might not even be for sale and they never took the ad down. Of course they might say it is there and you travel only to find out it isn't there. Also they might change the price on you too. So read the reviews and use your gut.
