I HAVE CODE 44, STUMBLES DIES SURGES FUEL PUMP PRESSURE 10 PSI,
I UNHOOKED THE FUEL FILTER AND FUEL RAN FROM THE LINE

If the fuel filter is located below the fuel level, it's siphoning from the tank.
