K1500 automatic transmission shifting issues

So I have a 94 k1500 and she runs and drives
and shifts perfectly fine In drive and overdrive
but when u go down to 1 and 2 she feels like
she shifts into gear but when u give it gas it
barely moves ans the engine revs  like the clutch
is stuck or linkage is messed up idk jus saying
what I think could anyone help

Fluid is perfect trucks in amazing Condition I just bought it a couple days ago it worked just fine when I bought it everything was perfect and then one night I was driving home and I had selected to till like engine breakdown of the hill so I don’t use on my brakes and kept just kind of coasting and gaining speed you know I was going presumably 45 which should’ve been some engine braking there especially in second gear and then ever since after that it’s been like this
