If it starts with a jump, you may need a new battery. If it doesn't start with a jump, you may need a new starter.

Battery is fine, just replaced the starter, solenoid and fuses. Only things left to try that I can think of is replacing battery cables, the Sw- line, and/or the ignition switch. However, I'm not completely mechanically inclined there for any other suggestions would be appreciated. I'm leaning more towards the battery cables being corroded considering if I turn on headlight, wipers, ect. They stay strong until I attempt to start vehicle. They bog down at that point for a slight moment.

Clean the battery posts and cables then make sure that they are back on good and very tight as this can cause corrosion.
