What fluid type do I use in the transmission?

I have a 96 Chevy K 1500 with the 4.3 V6
short wheelbase regular cab five-speed four-
wheel-drive. I will be replacing the clutch,
throwout bearing, slave cylinder, pressure
plate Etc. What fluid do I use?
