Won't start

Okay my truck won't turn over I replaced the
ignition and it won't go into the lock position either
I've tried pushing the push rod spraying it down
with PB Blaster still nothing but it won't let me put
the key in the lock position and won't let me start it
what could be the problem

igniton switch may be off a teeth or 2. probably best if removed and reinstalled.
