I have a 2006 M45 and Iwould like to change the brakes & rotors can anyone give me any tip that would make this a smoth prosses?

If i have to replace the clutch in my 2006 G35 do i have to replace the flywheel too. Do have to replace the whole assembly (pressure plate , throw out bearing ets.) or just the clutch disk?
