Streeing wheel and key both won't turn

There may be too much pressure on tour front wheels and the car cannot overcome it. are your wheels pointed straight ahead? if not, try to have someone help you to relieve the pressure by pushing the car a small amount. It does not take much to free them up while you try to turn the steering wheel.
